Highschool Diploma and/or degree from a University and/or College.
Job Description
Employed by AMS, the Receptionist / Office Admin. Assistant will be assigned to the following duties & responsibilities:
General Duties:
- To receive guests for the Company;
- To attend to and forward incoming telephone calls;
- To take proper messages and distribute to the concerned staff;
- To maintain a register of all incoming & outgoing mails of the Company;
- To maintain a register of all AMS visitors and their business cards;
- To maintain a file of all outgoing and incoming mails and memos of the Company;
- To update the Company master database;
- To update all Tenants contact list;
- To translate correspondences from Arabic to English and vise versa;
- To photocopy and fax documents;
- To file correspondences in the Tenants\' files;

- Assist the Management on the administrative tasks.
- Support and assistance to the Property Manager
- Coordinate with maintenance team for any complaints from tenants;
- Any other duties required in support of the Property Manager and that may be deemed necessary for the execution of the Employee’s assignments.
